STAG uses only the cookies the site needs to function — signing you in and keeping you safe. There are no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, which is why you don't see a cookie banner here.

The cookies we set

Session cookie— keeps you signed in. Lasts up to 30 days if you tick “Remember me”, otherwise it expires about a day after you sign in
Security (CSRF) cookie — protects forms against forged requests from other sites
Sign-in flow cookie — remembers where to send you while signing in

All of these are “strictly necessary” — the site can't work without them — so they don't require consent under UK rules (PECR).

Local storage

Your browser's local storage holds a few conveniences that never leave your device unless you act on them: your shopping bag (it becomes an order only when you check out) and a cached copy of your own profile so pages load instantly.
