Delivery & Returns

• UK delivery is £4.95, and free on orders of £75 or more — judged on what you actually pay, so the Herd discount counts toward it
• We deliver to UK addresses only for now — checkout takes your delivery address when you pay. International is on the list for after the founders run
• Founders orders are dispatched in order of purchase. These are limited-run pieces, not warehouse stock — we'll email you when yours is on its way
• Wrong address on your order? Use the contact page straight away — we can fix it any time before dispatch

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it — no reason needed. That's your legal right for online purchases, and we honour it properly:

• Start a return from the contact page — include your order email and we'll send return instructions
• Send items back unworn and unwashed, within 14 days of telling us
• Return postage for a change of mind is yours to cover
• We refund within 14 days of the item arriving back (or proof of postage), to your original payment method — the item price plus any delivery you paid on the way out

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or simply isn't what you ordered, that's on us: we'll replace it or refund you in full, including return postage. Tell us within 30 days for an immediate refund; after that, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act still apply. Photos help us sort it fast.

Limited runs are exactly that — once a colourway sells out, we usually can't exchange for a different size, only refund. If you're between sizes, ask us before ordering via the contact page. See also the Terms for the store's general conditions.
