Terms of Use

You need to be at least 16 to have an account, and 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to take a paid membership. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current.

• Membership is £12 a month or £99 a year, billed in pounds sterling
• It renews automatically. You can cancel any time from the billing portal in Herd HQ — your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again
• If a renewal payment fails we'll retry and email you; membership pauses if it still can't be collected
• Statutory cancellation rights apply. If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing, contact us and we'll refund you — less a fair amount for any of the period already used

Store items are limited runs — when a colourway sells out, it's gone. Prices are shown at checkout in pounds sterling; Herd members receive a 15% discount. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order. Your statutory rights (including returns for faulty goods and the 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases) are unaffected — the Delivery & Returns policy has the details, and returns start from the contact page.

STAG works because people are honest and decent with each other. By posting in chat, direct messages, leaderboards, or anywhere else on STAG, you agree to:

• No harassment, hate, threats, or abuse — of members or anyone else
• No unlawful content, spam, or scams
• Honest logging in competitions and challenges — entries that game the boards can be removed, along with any badges that came with them

We provide blocking and reporting tools, and moderators can remove content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules — permanently for serious or repeated cases. Strong language is masked automatically in chat.

You own what you post. You give STAG permission to display it within the service — that's all we use it for. Remember that chat messages (including direct messages) delete themselves after 7 days.

Foundation tokens exist to direct STAG's charity fund and for nothing else. They have no cash value, can't be bought, sold, or transferred, and expire with each voting round.

We work hard to keep STAG up and improving, but it's provided as-is and we can't promise it will always be available or fault-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses that don't flow naturally from our mistake. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law says it can't be limited.

If we make a meaningful change to these terms we'll announce it on the site before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to its courts. See also the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
